When will my order be dispatched?
We endeavour to post all orders within 1 working day of an order being placed.
What is the deal with Free UK Shipping?
Simple - Purchase anything from loveyourstuff.co.uk and we will ship it anywhere in the UK for free. Our free UK delivery parcels are sent out via Royal Mail Second Class Mail and can take anywhere from 2 working days to arrive.
There are other postage options available if you require your delivery to have a tracking number or a guaranteed delivery time.
When will it arrive?
For UK customers we are sending the your order via Royal Mail and most orders should arrive within 1-4 working days depending on the postage option selected at the checkout. For the majority of all other customers orders are being sent with the Royal Mail Airmail and should arrive within 4-6 working days, this does however depend on your destination.
As with all online purchases, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Will I have a tracking number?
If you would like to track your orders journey, a tracking number can be provided if the Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery option/s are slected at the checkout.
Free Delivery, First Class & Second Class Do Not have tracking numbers.
What if my order gets lost?
Hopefully this won't happen but if it does, please contact us on the email below and we will do all we can to reunite you with your order. Please allow 7 days for delivery before you contact us regarding a lost item. Unless you have purchased the Royal Mail Special Delivery option.
